All returns must be postmarked within 10 days of receiving your merchandise. Shipping is not included on returns and will be the customers responsibility. All returns will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
In order to be eligible for a refund, your merchandise must be:
- In new condition
- Original tags must not have been removed
Orders returned after 10 days of receipt will not qualify for a refund, storefront or online shopping credit only.
All online orders can be returned via mail, but you may return any items to our storefront location instead of shipping it back for a refund. You will need to provide a copy of your order confirmation email.
No refunds on discounted or sale items, jewelry, seasonal clothing, or worn or soiled merchandise.
We are not responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping.
